Welcome to Goodies By Noah! We’re so glad you’re here. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules you agree to when using our website and ordering our homemade baked goods.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you’re under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use this site and order from us.

1. Who We Are

Goodies By Noah is a teen-run home baking business located in Zephyrhills, Florida. We specialize in cookies, brownies, cakes and chocolate covered fruits made fresh from our kitchen.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website at www.goodiesbynoah.com

  • All baked goods are made to order, so please allow 3-5 business days for preparation and delivery/pickup.

  • We currently accept payments through Chime or Cash upon pickup/delivery.

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless there’s an error on our end.

3. Pickup & Delivery

  • We currently offer delivery within 25 miles of Zephyrhills and will charge a fee to cover delivery expenses. Pickup is available at a safe and public location will be disclosed by email after placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for any items not picked up within the scheduled window.

4. Food Safety and Allergies

  • Our baked goods are made in a home kitchen that may contain allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, wheat, and soy.

  • While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.

5. Limitation of Liability

We’re a small, family-run business doing our best! By ordering from us, you agree that Goodies By Noah, its owners, and family members are not liable for:

  • Any allergic reactions or issues caused by consuming our products;

  • Missed pickups or late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances;

  • Any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of this website or our products.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (photos, logos, product names, etc.) belongs to Goodies By Noah and Cyrus LaRosche Design unless otherwise noted. Please don’t use it without permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll post the updated version on this page with the new effective date.
